New Support Portal
The launch of the Customer Portal represents our unending drive to help our customers succeed by empowering them with resources and information to drive greater deliverability, customer engagement and ultimately, revenue.
Legacy Support Portal
This system will be available till 1/13/2023 during our migration phase. The new portal is where you would create new support request while this will be available for older ticket reference.
This new portal will eventually be the home for all support, billing, training, and more!
Until the end of 2021 this is going to mostly be used for billing and payments.
